Obsolescence Policy

Sage's Obsolescence Policy is to support the current release and, in most cases, two prior releases of a product. Product support includes live Customer Support, Peachtree Simple Payroll, and other add-on products or services we offer. Sage will provide Customer Support for an obsolete product until a customer's support plan for that product expires.

*** Please note – Peachtree 2007 customers will no longer be supported after November 30, 2009 ***

Release 2006 of Peachtree First Accounting, Peachtree Pro Accounting, Peachtree Complete Accounting, Peachtree Premium Accounting, Peachtree Premium Accounting for Distribution, Peachtree Premium Accounting for Manufacturing, Peachtree Premium for Nonprofits, Peachtree Premium for Construction and Peachtree Premium Accounting - Accountants' Edition are no longer supported as of 11/30/2008. Release 2007 customers will no longer be supported after 11/30/2009. Peachtree Simple Payroll and Peachtree Select Payroll for 2009 are not available for Release 2006. Peachtree Simple Payroll and Peachtree Select Payroll for 2010 will not available for Release 2007 or earlier. Any support plans purchased by customers on Release 2007 products before 11/30/2009 will be supported until they expire.

Dynamic Data Exchange [DDE] functionality in the Peachtree product line is not supported as of the release of the Peachtree 2008 product line.

ePeachtree Since ePeachtree is a Web-based solution, you will always be on the latest release and will always be eligible for support. ePeachtree customers who purchase payroll will automatically receive tax updates. Since ePeachtree is a Web-based solution, you will always be on the latest release.
